How long will my order take to be dispatched?
All of our made-to-order pieces are lovingly prepared just for you. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During the busy Christmas period, this may increase to 14 working days.
If your item isn't a made-to-order piece, we will dispatch it within 2 working days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the delivery method selected at checkout. Our estimated delivery times are:

Please note that these estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include processing times. International deliveries may also be subject to customs delays.
What is upcycled leather?
Our upcycled leather is made from beautiful leather materials that would otherwise have gone to waste. By giving these materials a second life, we create unique pieces with a little history behind them.
Due to the nature of upcycling, some pieces may feature marks, imperfections or signs of their previous life. These characteristics are reflected in our pricing and make every piece one of a kind.
Can I return an upcycled leather product?
Our upcycled leather pieces are sold as final sale, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns on these items. Please review the product descriptions and photographs carefully before purchasing.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Why does my cowhide leather look different from the photos?
That's the beauty of genuine leather! Our premium cowhide leather naturally varies in colour, texture, grain and markings, meaning no two pieces will ever be exactly alike.
These natural characteristics aren't flaws; they're part of what makes your journal uniquely yours.
